YDUFashion?: Part 2: Day One Of Vacation

When you first get to your vacation destination, you might be really excited or tired. Because most people vacation in a group, you might want everyone to feel comfortable and happy. So make this day a fun but relaxing day for all. If you're near the beach, go there and get a tan, swim or read a book under a big umbrella. Or go for a swim in the pool or lie in the hot tub. If you're in a big city and the beach is a far drive away, go for a walk to a patio, cafe or park

This day, might be the only lazy day you and your friends get while on vacation so you don't need to go all out with your clothes. If you're at the beach, pool or hot tub wear a comfortable bathing suit, and leave the fancy one for another beach day. (Hopefully you pack more than one bathing suit. Three is usually ideal).

In you beach bag you should always have a towel, thong sandals, sunscreen, sunglasses, hair elastics, extra clothes like top, skirt or shorts, bra and undies or extra bathing suit in case. If you don't have sunscreen, or prefer not to put that on you skin, but you want to protect yourself from the sun, bring an beach umbrella and a beach hat.

For city vacationers who want to enjoy some drinks under the sun on a patio, or who are just going for a walk, wear a maxi dress (a dress with bold patterns is very chic this season), fancy sandals (preferably ones you can walk in), big sunglasses and, of course, a bag. The bag doesn't have to be large unless you want it to be. If you're not in the mood for a long dress, a cute mini dress is perfect or a skirt. Wear the skirt with a tank top or a fancy shirt that you can tuck into the skirt, belt it and accessorize with sunglasses. Shorts will do as well but wear them with wedges.
