Part 1: When On Ur Way

Here is the first part of what I feel is essential to have when on your way to your first vacation day.

Sandals: On a nice hot summer day you don't want to have to hassle to take your shoes off, especially if its hot outside. Have a nice pair of thong sandals or even a cute pair of Havaianas are perfect for travel.T-shirt or Tank top: Easy to put on, easy to take off. No need to go all out with a fancy shirt. Keep the fancy one for later that night.

Shorts or tights: No long jeans because there too tight, and if your like me, after a while of being in one place for a longtime you get itchy...lol. No skirt either just for the reason that if you really want to stretch your legs, you don't want to show absolutely everything.

Small, and cute, bag: Everyone needs to put little things away, like keys, makeup, lip gloss, cream, money and phone...(another little list you might actually be in need of). A small bag is perfect for those tiny accessories.

Thin sweater: It may be hot outside, but inside the AC is on blast and you might get really cold and wished you brought that one sweater to keep you a little warm.

I Heart Shoes

I love shoes and even though I don't wear heels all that much, I swear I will make an effort to wear some more heels this season. Here are some shoes for the summer, though some of them maybe questionable they are beautiful nonetheless.

Vacation Soon To Come

In two weeks, i will be heading out on vacation and I can hardly wait, but trying to figure out what to pack is obviously the hardest part for me. I don't want to pack too little and I don't want to pack too much, but every time i pack too little i feel I should've brought along something. And, I'm sure you can guess, every time I pack too much, I can hardly carry anything and end up having to pay extra for a heavy suitcase.
It's not so much a beach vacation as I am going to the city, but there will be a pool. So I must not forget to get myself a good...Brazilian...heehee.

Stick around, as later I will post lists of what to pack for a fun-filled vacation. Hopefully it can help people like myself who tend to pack their whole wardrobe...lol

Overview of VOGUE PARIS AVRIL 2011

Two months ago, Gisele Bundchen was on the front cover of French Vogue wearing all Dolce & Gabbana and photographed by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, who have been working together since the 80s.
The spread was called "Eco-style et plein air de vacances : le naturel revient au galop a la faveur d'une garde-robe brute de charme et de spontaneite.
Translation: Eco-style and outdoor vacation : the natural returns in a gallop in favor of a wardrobe that is full of charm and spontaneity. April's issue featured neutral colours, an article written about Mr. Chow and photographs of his, what i call, museum-like home.

Toronto: Look for French Vogue at your local Canadian News Magazine stand. There is one on Yonge & St Clair and at Yorkdale Mall, if you become desperate, (Try Book City as well. I believe they carry French Vogue).

Montreal: Look for it at any Magazine stand like Multimags, Chapters or even Independent Depanneurs. In Montreal you can find many issues of French Vogue.

Rachel Zoe Resort 2012 Collection

Famous and most in demand Fashion Stylist and now designer, Rachel Zoe, will have everyone going bananas when they see her new Resort Collection.
It's not your typical resort wardrobe with your traditional white, red and blue horizontal combination. This new collection consisted of long luxurious gowns in beige, red, blue and taupe colors, mini dresses, flared pants, military style jackets and jumpers. Rachel Zoe was definitely her own muse for this collection as it corresponded more to what Rachel Zoe would wear if she was going on a crews herself. Though people would probably not purchase her pieces for a boat ride, many would probably appreciate where they can wear them to, whether a fancy dinner party, at work or even a red carpet event.
I love the look of the collection because it's fun, simple, but chic, and so Rachel Zoe. Even though it's not my typical resort wear, not that I really have one, the collection will for sure do well with fans who die for Rachel Zoe.

I have just become overly obsessed with Koutney & Kim take New York, that I had to start watching Keeping up with the Kardashians> it is now my guilty pleasure...heeheehee...sorry can't help myself. I love Kourtney's style. here are a few looks of hers that i love. Enjoy!!!
